Exam nerves are not an uncommon problem. <b>This workshop is about accepting this fear and learning alternative strategies to deal with it. </b>It is also about understanding where our fear comes from and learning that we have the possibility to change our behaviour and feelings by evaluating the situation. <b>(Workshop Language: English)</b>
