Goodby Stendal - Aloha HAWAII

From January 02 to 06, 2023, the 56th Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences (HICSS) was held on the island of Maui in the federal state of Hawaii in the USA.


Our doctoral student at the Department of Economics - Mr. Niels Schmidtke, M.Sc. together with Prof. Dr. Fabian Behrendt presented a scientific paper on "Investigation of Material Supply Strategies to Increase Resilience in Matrix Production Systems" within the Mini-Track "Simulation Modeling and Digital Twins for Decision Making in the Age of Industry 4.0" and discussed it with the participants.  
The HICSS is an important internationally recognized and renowned professional conference hosted annually by the University of Hawaii at Mānoa (Shidler College of Business). The publication can be viewed and downloaded open source here.
