Project Diversity-Inclusion-Participation (DIP)

The Diversity-Inclusion-Participation project at Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences aims to promote international and intercultural skills among students and teachers in order to prepare them for the increasing internationalisation of the region. By offering a structured English-language semester, students are given a comprehensive understanding of diversity, inclusion and participation, while at the same time strengthening their English and intercultural skills. Continuous evaluation of the project will ensure that the programme meets the needs of teachers, students and administrators in terms of course quality, intercultural dialogue and language skills.
